This closed down clothing shop really does appeal to me as I like its look. It fit well with a factory look and that would work well for my idea for the brief of using Andy Warhol as my inspiration. We have noted down the estate agents number and will contact them. Yet again the only hurdles we may come across could be the issues of electricity costs and the trust of us having this venue for a couple of days.
unlike the previous empty shop, i feel that this has more potential as an exhibition location as it is bigger and therefore has more wall space. it appears to have several levels so therefore we could even have a floor each to make our own and display our work. i feel this is a definate contender.
ReplyDeletei really like this space and think that this could be a perfect location for our show, not only is the location right in the center of Preston, but the space itself is a very good looking one. again like with the space in the millar arcade, there are different levels to the space giving a whole host of layouts and possibilities for the exhibition.
